Cherrita Ti began her journey in yoga eleven years ago. In the early days, the physical practice was a way to reintegrate dance and movement of Figure Skating back into her body. Yoga soon became a medium for calming her mind and allowing her to focus. As her yoga practice evolved, the positive effects were profound. She began to bring the tranquility of breath and energy of movement to all areas of her life.
She recently received a her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Vancouver and is actively pursuing her love of teaching yoga. Cherrita Ti faithfully believes that yoga, music, laughter, love and running barefoot is the true formula for happiness. Since yoga has given her many opportunities in life and health, it is her goal to share the gift of movement, mindfulness, and breathing with as many people as she can.
