BarSculpt

Tone and strengthen all the muscle groups in this class centered around the ballet barre.

BarSculpt is a Pilates evolved combination of strengthening, core work and stretching exercises. Targeting the core, seat, arms and thighs this workout uses tiny movements to tone both large muscles and smaller supportive ones resulting in a long lean flexible body.
