With two and a half years of experience as a certified physical therapist assistant, Zach Wilson is taking his knowledge from the clinic and applying it to the personal training world. He has experience assessing movement and designing detailed, individualized exercise programs for all ability levels. Zach’s philosophy on exercise promotes safe, progressive exercise with emphasis on movement quality. Personal training programs are designed to move the body through the movements that it was designed to do while working towards individual’s goals. Zach just can’t get enough of moving his body and enjoys skiing, hiking, trail running, yoga, and lifting weights.
