Jessica teaches spinning, Pilates, and yogalates. She is enthusiastic about motivating folks to achieve their unique fitness and health goals. Drawing on master’s level nursing education that includes coursework in anatomy, pathophysiology, and nutrition, Jessica has been teaching spin and Pilates for over ten years. She also is a avid Ashtanga yoga practitioner, runner, and hiker. She is committed to promoting proper body mechanics, avoiding and preventing injury, and using exercise as a therapeutic modality for both acute and chronic physical and mental illnesses. She is dedicated to helping people at all fitness levels and age integrate exercise into their daily lives and holistically connect their physical strength, endurance, and resiliency to their emotional and spiritual well-being.
