Abi Stowell

Abigail believes that yoga is the place where fitness and wellness truly join. Your body and your mind are your two true lifelong companions, thus making sure that you cultivate a strong and loving relationship with both is crucial. Her creative sequencing allows for the balance of sweat and serenity and the space to see what your body needs most. Abigail comes from a strong background in hatha yoga and completed her 200-hour training through Kripalu, as well as trainings there in Vinyasa and meditation, as she works towards her RYT-500 certification.
