With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Amy has combined her passion for teaching with her love for fitness by devoting her time and talent to inspiring men and women in group and personal training sessions for 10+ years! As a Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2007 and a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009, she continues to expand her certifications and experience through a myriad of training formats including TRX Suspension Training, Barre, Bootcamp, Indoor Surfing, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, Zumba, and more. Experienced in training diverse clients of varying levels, needs and limitations, she knows how to successfully lead each individual in obtaining their personal goals pertaining to strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, functionality and/or loss of inches of body fat by utilizing multiple fitness techniques and tools.
She believes that comprehensive strength training, restoring muscle balance, and learning to effectively harness the power of the core all play critical roles in every fitness program; that it’s absolutely crucial to keep one’s body guessing by continually implementing new ways to challenge it; and that positivity and perseverance are key components to every workout. With her, you’re certain to boost your enthusiasm as much as your physicality through every session!
Amy recently decided to leave the bustle of Boston behind for VT. She looks forward to exploring the beauty of Lake Champlain and skiing the cross-country trails and downhill slopes alongside her husband and their 5 children. She likewise enjoys the thrill of running in Ragnar Relay Races.
