Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.

Hatha Flow Yoga combines postures (asanas) with conscious breathing and focus to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Hatha yoga has a slower pace focusing on each asana. Asanas are held longer building strength and balance. This class adds a touch of flow to keep the body fluid and moving. This class is great for all levels. Beginners can learn and experience asanas at a slower pace and seasoned yogis can explore and deepen their experience in each asana.
