Bill is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer trained in Sports Conditioning and Functional Training and Assessments. Health and fitness have been a lifelong way of living for Bill. He has worked with local high school and college athletes on strength training programs for their specific sports. In 2010 he became a CPT with the American Council on Exercise and has since attended many continuing education workshops including the ACE Symposium. Bill’s training philosophy is to train the movements and the muscles will follow.
